These are some carpaint rendertests i did with mr's new mila shader system. The carpaint consist of multiple glossylayer, sometimes with a bumpmap and an additionell glossylayer on top for the clearcoat (also with extra bumpmap). the shiny flakes are also an extra glossylayer, the baselayer for the shader is always a diffuselayer.
Lighting was done with ibl only for direct lighting and fg for indirect. I had to do some changes to the hdrmap to increase the dynamic to get a good sunlight intensity and matching shadow. Rendering is done in one pass directly with the hdr as background and mip_matte_shadow shader (had to render first the hdr from the camview to use this to map on the ground).
